1 lb. ground beef
2 cans of Tomato Sauce
1 bag of corn chips (11 oz) OR tortilla chips, OR use tortillas ( I prefer to use cut up pieces of tortillas)
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Topping:
shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, beans, and taco seasoning mix.
In a greased casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the beef mixture, then 1/3 of the chips (or tortillas). Repeat layers ending with the chips (or tortillas).
Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes, uncover for last 10 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and grated cheese.
