1 ½ c crunchy peanut butter (Jiff)
2 c margarine (4 sticks)
1 tsp vanilla
40oz powdered sugar
2 packages chocolate bark (chocolate or vanilla)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt peanut butter on low in saucepan, then add margarine and melt. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Shape into balls.


Melt chocolate in microwave and place in crock-pot.
Dip ball in chocolate 3-4 at a time and spoon out immediately. Place on wax paper and allow to harden.
