2 c stovetop stuffing
½ c melted margarine
2 c cooked and mashed squash (cooked in butter& drain squash)
1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1 2oz jar pimentos
2 med carrots, grated (sautéed in butter with onions)
1 med onion, chopped (sautéed in butter with carrots)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix stuffing and margarine. Layer 1 cup stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Combine squash, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, pimentos, carrots and onions. Pour all over stuffing layer in pan. Top with remaining cup of stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yields: 6 servings
