1 lb ground beef
1 10oz can cream of mushroom
1 10oz can cream of chicken
1 15oz can enchilada sauce
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
cumin & chili seasoning-to taste (optional)
1 package soft CORN tortillas
3 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain. Mix in soups, enchilada sauce, and green chilies. I add a little ground cumin and a little chili seasoning. Heat and mix well.

In a 13x9 casserole dish, cut soft corn tortillas in half and use to cover bottom of dish (slightly overlapping). Top with half of meat mixture and 1 ½ cups cheese. Then layer again with tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese.

Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes or until cheese melted.
