5 lbs. - 80% Ground Beef
16 oz. - Kidney Beans, drained
27 oz. - Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce w/ Meat
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. - chili powder
1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
1-2 pablano peppers, chopped and seeded
2 whole onions, chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1.5 cups water

Chop all vegetables up (minus one onion) and place into a bowl, set aside.
Brown ground beef in a large metal pot over med-high heat, draining off most of the grease. While the meat browns, mince all of the vegetables in the bowl in a blender until a paste-like substance forms.
After the meat is browned add in the paste and drained kidney beans and stir well under medium heat for five minutes. Chop up the second onion into smaller portions (around 1/4" long) and set aside.
Add in the water and sauce, along with the chopped onions and stir well for several minutes, adding in chili powder. Simmer on low heat for an hour and serve.
