One loaf french bread
5 eggs
3/4 milk (or 1/2 & 1/2 if you want it REALLY rich!)
1/4 tsp. baking soda,
1 T vanilla
20 oz. frozen mixed berries
1 cup sugar
1 T apple pie spice or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut french bread into slices. Combine eggs, milk, soda and vanilla. Pour over french bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, combine berries, sugar and spice. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Top berries w/soggy bread slices. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and bake at 450º for 20 - 25 minutes.
