celery and onions finely chopped
1/4 c butter
1/2 c flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb crabmeat
1/2 lb shredded cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter. Blend in flour. Add evaporated mill, stirring constantly until thick. Add egg yolks, salt & pepper. Cook 5 min. Add crabmeat. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
