1 8OZ, PKG. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 C (8OZ.) SOUR CREAM
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2 2/3 C INSTANT POTATO FLAKES

BAKE AT 350º FOR 30 MINUTES BRING WATER, MARGARINE AND SALT TO A BOIL; ADD MILK CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, GARLIC POWDER AND ONION AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN INSTANT POTATOE FLAKES. SPOON INTO A GREASED 2 QT BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
