Ingredients:  
Left over pork roast
Left over gravy
1-2 medium onions, cut in half and slice thin
Slice pork thin, remove excess fat

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onions in a little bit of butter until tender
Add the left over gravy and ketchup to taste (At least a ½ cup)
Add the sliced pork
Simmer covered for less than a half hour
You can add water if the gravy is too thick or gravy mix if the gravy is too thin or flour and water to thicken
Season to taste with extra salt, pepper and garlic

Serve with any type of noodles or mashed potatoes
