Ingredients:  
1 dozen Pig’s Feet with water to cover – boil these separately
Put in pot with salt, pepper, vinager and onion to taste.

½ dozen Pig Hocks or Shanks
½ dozen Pig Tongues
3 Pig Hearts & a piece of veal if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Boil these and skim off the grease.
When cooked, cool a bit and de-bone the meat.
Mince the meat and boil for a few minutes with the Pig’s Feat broth.
Put meat and Pig’s Feet broth in a bowl to cool and jell.
