1 c. shredded carrot
¼ c. onion
4 T. butter
¼ c. flour
2 c. milk
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1 T. dry white wine
½ tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese

In large saucepan saute' carrots, onion and butter. Blend in 1/4 c. flour. Slowly add and stir until bubbly and thickened, 2 c. milk and chicken broth. Stir in diced chicken, white wine, celery seed, Worcestershire sauce and cheese.
