6 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
½ c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, milk, sugar, butter and vanilla. Pour into a lightly greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle topping mixture over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350F until brown and set -- approximately 45 minutes. If you wish, sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the dish in the last 5 minutes of baking.
