2 pounds ground beef or pork and beef mixed
1 egg - beaten with a TB water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning & oregano powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
just a few chili flakes
1 onion,shredded
1/2 cup tomato sauce or in a pinch ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk

* blend of mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses
and several slices of thin ham from deli or prosciutto

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, herbs, garlic, onion, ketchup and Worcestershire. Mix well, gradually adding the milk (if it seems too moist, add bread crumbs until it is a consistency that will form a loaf without flattening.
Next, press the meatloaf out into a rectangle and lay cheese & ham over top then roll into a loaf shape. Spray a pan and let the meatloaf bake covered for 20 mins then take off cover and let brown. Pour the juices off at this time and continue to bake for addition 20 mins at 350.
