16 eggs separated (save the yolk and the white in separate bowls)1 large can of crushed pineapple 2 cups sugar 1 lg package lemon jello 1 box Ritz Crackers .

Directions:
Put yolks in pan and add 1 large can crushed pineapple to cook over heat until thick and lemon colored, stirring continuously. Add lemon jello and let cool. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Fold in 2 cups sugar slowly. Slowly add pineapple mixture to egg whites. Crush Ritz crackers and cover bottom of pan and put in filling and sprinkle on top.
