1 angel food cake purchased at the grocery
broken into small pieces

Melt in double boiler--2 packages chocolate chips (2 -9oz)
4 T hot water

Add to chocolate--3 egg yolks beaten together with 4 T.of powedered sugar

Cool this mixture.

Whip 3 egg whites.

In another bowl whip 1 pint whipping cream

Combine egg whites, cream and then combine with chocolate mixture.

Pour over cake that has been broken into small pieces and cover the bottom of a pyrex dish (ll x 14) Add chopped pecans to cover each layer. Make two layers , adding cake, chocolate mixture and nuts to each layer.

Chill in refrigator for 24 hrs.
