3/4 c. canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt (Greek style yogurt works great)
2 T. canola oil
1 t. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground allspice
1/4 t. ground nutmeg

Position rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar, yogurt, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in raisins.
In a medium sized bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, salt, allspice and nutmeg. Using a wooden spoon, stir the dry ingredients into the wet, mixing just until blended.
Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 1 1/2 inches apart. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.
