Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 3 cups of diced cooked chicken
1 cup Soy Sauce (I use the low sodium version)
1/2 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)
(Can double. This sauce is rich and a little goes a long way)

Sticky Rice: Nishiki Brand Rice
Sticky rice is a Japanese type rice.
When it is cooked in a rice cooker or pot, it becomes "sticky."
The instructions are on the bag of Nishiki.
I usually use 2 cups of rice for 2 1/2 cups of water.
The rice will swell, so it will make more than you think.
This rice is really fun to eat.
