4 and 1/2 C. cubed potatoes (fresh or frozen)
1 C chopped carrots
1/2 C chopped onion
8oz. frozen broccoli
4C water
1 lb. lite velvetta cheese, cubed
1 can lowfat cream of celery soup
1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, carrots, onion broccoli in water until tender. Add cheese and soups. Stir well, heat thoroughly and serve.
