1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 pkg lemon gelatin (dry)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup salad oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Put together in order, eggs last and add them separately. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing: 2 c powdered sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons or regular bottled lemon juice
Poke a least 40 holes in hot cake with a tester or toothpick, pour on icing while cake is still warm.
