Ingredients:
20-25 fresh Jalapeno peppers

1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, room temperature

12 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded

4 slices of thick sliced bacon, dice, fried crisp and drained well

1-3 T. fresh chives, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced

1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the peppers in cold water, then carefully slice each in half, lengthwise and remove and discard the seeds and white veins. Place the Jalapeno halves in a saucepan of boiling water and let simmer about 8-9 minutes (you still want them firm). Remove and let drain on paper toweling. In a small bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Using a tablespoon, fill and round over the top each Jalapeno half. Place on a baking sheet in a preheated 400º oven and bake until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serv hot. Makes about 50 spicy appetizers.

Personal Notes:
Our family loves munchies and appitizers and when we get together everyone usually brings along something to nibble on while dinner is cooking or while playing cards. In the summer there are always the favorite chips and dips, but someone usually brings something new to try and one summer evening I prepared the Stuffed Jalapenos and they couldn't get enough of them. They are a big hit when we bring them to parties or serve them at home. We all love hot and spicy and you can make them hotter by leaving some of the white and seeds. ENJOY!!
