5 cups cinnamon bread, cubed
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk
3 tablespoons Dark Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with a non stick spray. Arrange bread cubes in pan. Beat eggs with sugar. Beat in milk and rum. Pour liquid mixture over bread cubes. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak. Bake at 325º until lightly brown about 50 minutes.
