2 LB round steak - cut into serving size peices
salt/peer
1/4 cup flour
oil for bottom of pan
1 onion sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms (can substitute a tin)
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 large green pepper - strips
1/2 tsp celery salt, dash Worcestershire, 1 tsp sugar
1 tin tomatoes - diced
1 cup water or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak season with S & P and sprinkle with flour, heat oil in the bottom of a pan and brown the meat on both sides, lightly brown onions and then add rest of the ingredients. Put into a roasting pan and put into a 325 degree oven for 1.5 - 2 hours until meat is nice and tender.
