2-4 sweet onions
mushrooms
dash sugar
2-3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
sweet Vermouth
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions and mushrooms.
Melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms with dash sugar, salt and pepper till translucent.
Add vermouth and cook 2-3 minutes till softened.
Put in baking dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350º until lightly browned (about 20 minutes)
It is a wonderful side to steak!
