1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
Press into 8x8 pan, bake 10-20 min 350 degrees

2 eggs
1 c sugar
2 T. lemon juice
2T. flour

Mix and pour over hot crust, bake 20-25 minutes at 350º, sprinkle w/powdered sugar
