5 # boneless chuck roast
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
1 medium onion, sliced
1 jar (11 1/2 oz) pepperoncini, drained--reserve juice
1 can (10 1/2 oz) beef broth
1 can (12 oz) beer

Directions:
Directions:
Season both sides of meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano. Place meat in large roaster. Top with onion slices & pepperoncini. Cover with broth, reserved juice & beer. Cover. Heat oven to 325º. Bake for 4 hours. Remove stems from pepperoncini and shred meat. Serve with meat juices on hard rolls.
