Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. dry taco mix
shredded lettuce, to taste
grated cheese, cheddar or Mexican, to taste
chopped tomato or salsa (preferred by the teens)
Doritos, individual helping sacks

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chopped meat on the stove, adding the dry taco seasoning pouch. Set aside it or put it in a crock pot.
Open the Dorito sack, squeeze it to crunch the chips making them bite-sized. Scoop about 1/4 lb. of meat into it over the chips (still in the sack), add a tablespoon of cheese or so on top of the meat, add lettuce and tomato/salsa to taste.
Eat out of the sack.

*Figure 4-6 servings per pound of meat.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
*We first had this in Mallard, Iowa at their RAGBRAI booth. Since then we Arkansans have made it for many district tennis matches and cross country runs. My kids refer to it as "Iowa Tacos." It is portable, easy to clean up, great for outside eating or eating while standing up!
