1/2 cup butter
2 T prepared mustard
2 T onion, minced
1 T poppy seeds--optional
8 hamburger buns
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Cream butter & mustard. Add onion & poppy seeds. Mix & spread on inside of buns. Put ham & cheese on each bun & cover with the other half. Place on baking sheet & cover with foil. Heat oven to 350º. Bake for 20 minutes
