4 eggs beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 small jars strained baby food carrots
2 1/2 cups flour
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon

1 - 3oz package cream cheese
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 t. milk
1/2 c. soft oleo
1/2 t. vanilla
Beat together until smooth, add a little more milk if too stiff.

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar slowly, beat until light and lemon colored. Add remaining ingredients, mix on medium speed until blended.
Bake 11x16 pan?? - @ 350 - 20-25 minutes.
