2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream with chives
2 c. grated cheese
Crushed potato chips (2 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes. Combine oleo, salt, pepper, soup and cream--set aside. Mix potatoes with onion, celery and chopped pepper--combine with above mixture. Put in 3 qt. dish--then put on the 2 cups of cheese and top with crushed potato chips.Bake 350º for about 45 min.
