2 avocados, peeled and pitted
Dash salt
Lemon juice
1-cup sour cream
½ pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1-cup grated Monterrey jack
1-cup grated sharp cheddar
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Dash hot pepper sauce
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped black olives
Directions:
Directions:
Mash avocado with salt and squeezed lemon. Spread on bottom of round plate. Combine Sour cream and taco mix. Spread over avocado. Top with each cheese. Pat down. Add tomatoes and sprinkle with hot sauce. Top with green onions and olives.
Serve with taco chips.
