Cranberry-Glazed Brie Recipe

Cranberry marmalade:
3 cups cranberries
cup packed brown sugar
1/3-cup dried currants
1/3-cup water
1/8 tsp. Dry mustard
1/8 tsp. Ground allspice
1/8 tsp. Ground cardamom
1/8 tsp. Ground cloves
1/8 tsp. Ground ginger
1 2.2# Brie wheel (8 in diameter)
Crackers, Apple and pear slices

For marmalade- combine all; cook over med heat about 5 min. Stir. Cool to room temperature. (Prepare 3 days ahead, if wanted).
For cheese- Cut circle in top rind of cheese- leave border of rind. Place cheese in 8 inch baking dish. Spread marmalade over all. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until soft, about 12 min.
Cool slightly. Serve.
