½ cup cooking oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate overnight 1 ½ lbs. flank steak, about ¾ # thick. Set out at room temperature for 20-30 min before grilling. Grill on Medium/Direct heat 5 min on each side for medium rare center. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices before serving.
