1 large head romaine chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1 small red onion
1 large avocado chopped
3 oz crumbled blue cheese
6 slices of bacon fried and crumbled

Dressing:
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place romaine in bottom of bowl. Chop all veggies in uniform size. Arrange each veggie in a colorful row on top of lettuce to make a “composed” salad.
Add dressing just before serving and toss.

Dressing:
Combine dressing ingredients in jar and shake well.
