Colonial Pumpkin Bars Recipe

cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1- 16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. salt
tsp nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix well. Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased and floured jellyroll pan. Bake 350 for 30-35 min.
1- 3oz. pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
Mix and frost
