7 c. water
4 Tbsp yeast
2/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp salt
1 c. honey
1 egg
18 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In bosch mixer add the above ingredients in order in there. Start with 9 cups of flour then add the remaining gradually until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Might be more or less then the 18 cups. Mix for 12-15 minutes. Put in greased bread pans and let raise.
Bale at 350º for 45 minutes

Personal Notes:
Use white flour for 1/2 & 1/2. Do not beat white flour for more then 5 minutes. Cover with damp cloth so dough doesn't raise to fast. Grease with shortening NOT oil
