1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey)
1 medium onion
16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 cup corn
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheese

Heat oven to 350

Fry meat and onion. In separate pan, boil tomatoes, corn, corn meal and salt; about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add olive oil and chili powder to pan. Combine egg and milk and add to corn meal mixture. Add meat mixture. Bake 45 minutes covered. Add cheese and back uncovered 15 minutes more.
