1 box JIFFY cake mix - yellow - mix and bake in a 9x13 pan @ 350 degrees for 20 min. COOL

Cover with: 1- #2 can crushed pineapple(drained)

Mix and chill, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, 2 c. milk, 8 oz cream cheese, put over pineapple.

spread 1 pkg cool whip on top and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Dream whip may also be used
