1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
or 1 cup soft bread crumbs
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 T. butter for cooking

2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup boiling water
1/3 c. flour
1 t. allspice
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 T. lemon juice

Dissolve cubes in water, pour over browned meatballs, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Blend in four a little at a time. Sprinkle allspice in slowly stir in evaporated milk and 1/2 c. water - stir in lemon
