1 yeast cake or 1 package dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
2 T. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. whole wheat flour, unsifted

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water for 10 minutes. Scald for 2 cups milk. Cool. Mix milk, honey, vegetable oil and salt. Stir in dissolved yeast and whole wheat flour. Mix well. Knead until easy to handle. Let rise 15 minutes. Put into two small greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Makes 2 loves.
