-3 sleeves of Premium Saltine Crackers (these work the best)
-1 1/2 c. of canola oil
-1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
-At least 1 tablespoon of crushed red peppers (more if you want them spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Empty the 3 sleeves of saltines into a large gallon size ziplock bag. Mix the ranch packet into the 1 1/2 c. of canola oil and stir up. Add crushed red peppers stir up again and then pour mixture onto of the crackers in the ziplock bag. Gently flip the bag back and forth over about a half hour or until all crackers are coated with mixture. Lay them out to dry on wax paper or cookie sheet for a couple of hours. Great with summer sausage, Colby jack cheese, and pepper jack cheese.
