1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar (packed)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients and spread in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 325º. Don't cook to long should jiggle a little in the middle.

If you like gooey in the center take it out at 25 minutes if you like it more done bake it extra. This is delicious!
