2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, Karo Syrup and boiling water until the syrup forms a hard ball in cold water, over medium heat (approximately 15 minutes). Add SLOWLY to 2 egg whites that are beaten to stand in a peak. Beat until it loses it's gloss. (probably about 15 minutes). Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Drop by spoonful on buttered foil
