1/2 Apple Chopped Fine
1 mall onion chopped
3/4 teaspoon Caraway Seed

Directions:
Mix Well and Cook 6 hours on Low in a Crock-Pot. Depending on the amount do not drain kraut. Check Pot the last hour or so. If too much liquid remove lid and allow excess moisture to cook off.
