1/2 C soft margarine
1/2 C oil
1 and 3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C sour milk
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C flour
2 C finely grated zucchini
1/2 C mini chocolate chips
1/2 C chopped walnuts

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour zucchini. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Before baking, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped walnuts over cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out dry. It may need to bake a few minutes more.
