Marinate 24 hours

1/4 C. White Vinegar
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 salt
1 Tbsp Choped green pepper
3/4 C vegetable oil
1 pound fresh cooked peeled shrimp
1/2 C green onion sliced
4 Tbsp Capers

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl wisk vinegar, curry, salt, and peppers. Slowly incorporate oil into mixture. Continue to work until it thickens.
Place shrimp into glass bowl and sprinkle with capers and green onions.
Pour in dressing and toss to coat. Cover with foil and marinate for 24 hours.
To serve drain off excess oil and serve with toothpicks.
