1 tsp. oil
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. apple juice
1 medium apple, chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. dried thyme or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to skillet and cook pork chops about 10 minutes until brown. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apple juice, apple, celery and thyme or parsley. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with apple slices if desired. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Makes 6 servings.
