Use filo dough

Filling:
1 ½ cups ground walnuts
1 teaspoon cinammon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ pound butter – melted
1 lemon rind
¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Syrup:
1 orange – rind only
4-5 whole cloves
3 cinammon sticks
1 ½ cup water
1 cup sugar
½ cup honey

Filling:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Syrup:
Cook all ingredients in a saucepan for 5-10 minutes. Add ¼ cup water as it evaporates. Mixture is fairly thick.

Method:
Layer filo on baking sheet. Each layer is buttered in between.
Alternate 2 layers of filo with a thin layer of filling until filling is finished. Top the whole with 3 layers of filo only.
Roll edges of filo to the inside to make edges smooth. Pre-score into diamond shapes to prevent it from crumbling later.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Dribble with syrup when done
