Directions:
Wash apples in a vinegar water solution to clean off any wax or fungicide, rinse with water, and dry.
Slice all the apples into 4 or 8 slices, run through a good quality juicer. Strain through a metal strainer as many times as you like to get the right pulp level you want. Pour into a large stockpot and add the spices and orange peel and butter. Heat, almost simmering, for about 45 minutes in order to infuse the juice with the spices. Stir before serving.
