32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
1 med onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 Cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/3 of each; frozen potatoes, ham, onion, green pepper, and cheese in slow cooker. Repeat two times.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over mixture.

Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
