16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 c. minced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Blend in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Stir in bacon and onion. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers and/or an assortment of celery and carrot sticks.

This is a wonderful, hearty spread that will taste just as good a week later, if kept refrigerated.
